1. About Izzari

Izzari is a luxury fine jewellery house offering handcrafted jewellery created using natural diamonds, natural gemstones and BIS hallmarked precious metals.

All references to "Izzari" within these Terms include our website, retail boutique, authorised representatives, jewellery stylists and customer care team.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • The information provided by you is accurate, complete and current.

  • You are purchasing products for lawful purposes only.

3. Product Information

We strive to present every product as accurately as possible.

However:

  • Natural diamonds and gemstones possess unique characteristics, inclusions and colour variations.

  • Product weights are approximate.

  • Handcrafted jewellery may exhibit minor variations in finish and dimensions.

  • Screen settings, lighting and photography may affect the appearance of colours.

Such natural variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.

4. AI-Generated & Enhanced Imagery

Certain lifestyle visuals, campaign images or product presentations on our website may include AI-generated or digitally enhanced imagery for creative and illustrative purposes.

These visuals are intended to showcase styling, scale or presentation and should be considered representative only.

The actual jewellery delivered will always correspond to the product specifications listed on the product page.

For the most accurate representation of craftsmanship, gemstone quality and scale, customers are encouraged to consult our Jewellery Stylist or visit our boutique.

5. Authenticity

Unless otherwise specified, every eligible Izzari creation is crafted using:

  • Natural Diamonds

  • Natural Gemstones

  • BIS Hallmarked Gold

  • IGI Certified Diamonds (where applicable)

Certification may vary depending upon the product category and diamond size.

6. Pricing

Product prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in:

  • Gold prices

  • Diamond prices

  • Gemstone prices

  • Government taxes and duties

  • Foreign exchange rates

  • Other market factors

Once an advance payment has been accepted and an order has been confirmed by Izzari, the agreed purchase price for that order shall remain unchanged.

7. Payment

We accept payment through approved payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders shall be processed only after successful receipt of payment or confirmation of any mutually agreed advance payment arrangement.

Izzari reserves the right to cancel or refuse any transaction suspected of fraud, unauthorised activity or violation of these Terms.

8. Order Acceptance

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by Izzari.

An order is considered accepted only after:

  • Payment verification

  • Product availability confirmation

  • Internal quality checks

  • Order confirmation by Izzari

If an order cannot be fulfilled, any eligible payment received shall be refunded through the original payment method, subject to applicable processing timelines.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines provided on the website are estimates.

Delivery may be affected by customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, transportation delays, governmental restrictions, geopolitical events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Exchange, Buyback & Returns

Purchases made through Izzari are governed by our Shipping, Exchange & Returns Policy.

In summary:

  • Complimentary insured shipping is available within India.

  • Eligible jewellery may qualify for Lifetime Exchange.

  • Selected products may qualify for Lifetime Buyback.

  • Returns are not accepted except in cases of verified transit damage reported within the prescribed timeframe.

  • Custom and bespoke jewellery are not eligible for refunds or buyback.

11. Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom jewellery is specially created according to customer specifications.

Accordingly:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

  • No refunds shall be issued.

  • Custom products are excluded from the Lifetime Buyback Programme.

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending upon design complexity.

12. Warranty & Repairs

Izzari provides warranty coverage for manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse

  • Negligence

  • Improper storage

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • Loss of jewellery or gemstones

Repair charges, where applicable, shall be communicated following inspection.

13. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Brand names

  • Product names

  • Designs

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Artwork

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Website layout

is the exclusive property of Izzari or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

14. User Conduct
